A.I.R. Gallery is pleased to present Wish You Were Here 19. Each year hundreds of artists come together in support of A.I.R. Gallery by donating a small work for the annual postcard show. Each original work is sold for $45 and all proceeds go to benefit A.I.R. Gallery programs. The theme is immigrant rights and advocacy.
The Museum of Edam is proud to present a whole new concept of paper-art this year, put together from works of Biennale artists and up to in Korea known names: Ingrid Siliakus, Joke Kooi, Hannah Oud-Biemold, Conny Riemers-Lahnstein, Boukje Voet. During 7 months they'll fill the rooms on the city-hall of Edam in an unusual way.
Wish You Were Here 12 includes original works by more than 400 artists. The 4" x 6" artworks are created and donated by hundreds of national and international artists including A.I.R. Gallery artists. These cards range widely in style and media and encompass a broad spectrum of themes. Each card is signed and dated, often with a message from the artist to the collector.
